I couldn't believe it the first twenty times you told us, but it's starting to sink in now.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

My school semester starts tomorrow. I just bought all of my school supplies, but other than that, I am very much not ready for this.

Sure you are, sj. Seriously. You kicked ass last time and you'll do the same this time. Just breathe.

In me news: I'm re-financing and the appraiser is coming tomorrow. Which means I have to clean my entire house TONIGHT! Blech. No like. Don't wanna.

All is well that ends in pizza.

The LJ icon would be a tad bit more funny if it was animated (just cats falling down....)

I considered it, but really? Tiny animations might not show up on the end result or at least not smoothly.

I'm ok right now, because the reality hasn't fully hit me yet.

So I guess you can't play literati tonight? Miss you!

So, I've been working as a PA for the last two days, helping to prep for a live presentation of a pilot for Comedy Central. The pitch is tomorrow night. The producers love me so much, they've already asked me onboard for their next show, which starts next week.

Hi all,

One of the places I've applied to has sent me a "Written interview" composed of 12 questions I have to answer by noon on Wednesday via email. Any advice on answers would be great. Feel free to send them to my profile addy, if you don't want to post here.

5. The hours for this position vary from 7am to 7pm and your shift will fall in that window. There will be some times that extra hours are required and some week end work will occur. The standard work week is a minimum 45 hours. How does this fit with your current expectations and availability?
6. What makes you excited to come to work?
7. How do you help your coworkers get excited to come to work?
8. What kinds of experiences, environmental conditions, or other company behaviors would make you not want to come to work?
9. What do you do when those situations/conditions arise?
10. Describe your leadership experience. What philosophies do you use, and how do you motivate others?

That's it, any suggestions? Some are personal, I know, but the rest might need finess.
