Thanks for the double whammy, Karl. Crying now, to have lost the feeling that something could be done. That what I do, and the influence I have over my family, my neighbors, can make a difference. To have lost the belief that there is any candidate who approaches office as a public servant, dedicated to doing the best for the ones who need it most.

The people in public office have ground my spirit till I feel old, and tired, broken and cynical. And I just can't believe anymore, in the possibility of change for the better, in the possibility of people in power even wanting to do right by the constituents who don't own corporations.

Somewhere there has to be a MLK, a RFK, or hell, a Bill Clinton, who can rally us as a country and lead us into more compassionate and generous times. I hope.

Much, much better. Turns out what I had wasn't food poisoning, but (whitefonted for TMI) severe, severe blockage which led to literal indigestion--as in, not able to disgest anything that was in my stomach. Apparently, it is possible to have too much fiber. Still not quite up to snuff, but no longer feeling miserable.

Not Hec, but I have a full, if oval face, even when I'm thin (which I'm not so, right now). I personally think volume is key Suzi, and some sort of shape that draws attention to the eyes.

Good ideas Cindy. I just wish I had a trusted stylest where I could just say - make it short and KNOW that he/she would pick a style that would work for ME. I have been trying, but I still have not found anyone that I click with.

I guess I'm still not over my stylist breakup of a year ago. I hates him and wouldn't go back, but still, he knew JUST what to do to make my hair look hot.
