Tracy: Well-- That call -- That call means you just murdered me. Mal: No, son. You murdered yourself. I just carried the bullet a while.

Spike's Bitches 28: For the Safety of Puppies...and Christmas!

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

What is even happening?

Ew. Laura. I'm glad dh was home and you didn't have to deal.

I don't really plan on dying. Is that all right?

Yes. You can have an exception. I know you'll smite anyone who's hung on after he should have.

Cindy - I think if I did that I'd have one of those special wrap around white jackets.

Yeah, well the vacation is just a bonus.

Sometimes I think I might just move up to Vermont, open a bookstore or a vegan restaurant. Adam Schlesinger, z''l

Snerk. I was just looking at some features in my genealogy program, and one is that it'll assemble a list of how any person is related to everyone else (first cousin, second cousin once removed, etc.) Because of an instance of cousins marrying each other several generations back, it's listing me as my own fourth cousin. (Huh. And my great-grandfather is also my first cousin three times removed and the husband of my first cousin three times removed. Weird.)

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

Hee! I have a bit of that in my family -- my grandparents were cousins by marriage (there was another marriage between their families in the generation above theirs), so everyone in both of their families is related twice. I have several third-and-fourth cousins because of it.

I've got that on one side of my family, and then on the other side, there's one time that first cousins married each other. I'm related to nearly all my relatives in multiple ways.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

In a hundred years, all new people, right? I mean, I can still rely on that, yes? Right? Yes? Please?
All new.
I'm going on record as saying toaster fires are bad things.
They really are.
Ew Ew Ew
She lurves you...

Farmer's market was raided. Freesia, tulips and some pretty purple and yellow stuff that I have no idea what to call have been procured. I shalt not sneeze, I shalt not sneeze, I shalt not sneeze. I shalt have no idea why I used commas either.

Also Trader Joe's so I have food to feed my mom tonight and food to feed my cats. Might have food for me too. I'm not sure about that.

I’d be lying if I didn’t say that I miss them all tonight…

I should see about getting my butt out of the apartment. I thought about taking a run this morning, but that was quickly defeated by The Nap. I wonder if I feel like trekking all the way over to Whole Foods. Or maybe I could find the in-town Trader Joe's....

What is even happening?

Nothing can defeat The Nap.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

I have heard about an all female Maiden cover band, but have not seen them. We have a local cover band called Children of the Damned, that I love. They played Friday night, but I wasn't able to get out to see them.

AC-DShe is playing this week.

The hair will be much shorter before the week is out. I have so decided.

::pumps fist::

You are a brave woman. BRAVE

Hmph. I cut Jacqueline's hair.

Emmett and I broke our Rally Record in Tennis. We're up to 108.

JZ and I are going out with Phil tonight if he manages to show up. In the meantime, I'm fiddling with music.
