Hey SPP!
Spike's Bitches 28: For the Safety of Puppies...and Christmas!
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.
sighhhhhhhhh

Hey, Trudes.
I think I'm hungry
I askedin Natter, but I'll ask here, too: Anybody know anything about "Let's Dish"? There's one by school, and I'm thinking about applying for a job
and a maidengurl!
Oy....
Just got my next "role play" thing for my history class. Have I said how much I hate these??? For your entertainment and mocking...
Situation.......... In 1705 the Virginia legislature (House of Burgess) passed a series of laws advancing slavery in Virginia. These became known as the Virginia Black Code (s) of 1705. The Black Code mandated that slaves be assigned the status of real estate. Slaves were to be held as real estate and not chattel and could descend unto heirs and widows according to the custom of land inheritance. They would now be held in absolute ownership by their masters. The Black Codes applied to Negroes, mulattos, and Indian slaves held within Virginia. Exercise: Write a letter of support or protest to a Virginia government official.
Write in support! Write in support!
Oof, MG.
You totally need to write in support, MG, and be as politically incorrect as possible. Channel your irritation at the exercise into it.
MG that really sucks. Definitly write in support.
Also, I got a scrip for Ambien and I took half so I'm waiting for it to kick in. I realised that if it does make me sleepy I can back off of my Seroquel by one pill since I was using that to help me sleep.
I wonder if the teacher expects it to be written from the perspective and knowledge base of a contemporary.
ETA: I suspect many people would fail to accurately grasp the limits of the period.
