I'm pathetic when it comes to massage. I tell them gentle and I still hurt. This prompts me to schedule facials if I'm spa bound.
I just made a fake root beer float blending diet root beer and Eddy's no sugar 4g carb butter pecan ice cream. It was really quite yummy.

Just lots of water after and then a hot bath before you go to bed. It can be as little as 5 minutes in the tub actually which seems the waste of a bath but, after deep tissue, is a good thing.
