Deep tissue can hurt, if you aren't used to it. Or aren't into pain.
I'm not used to it, but my back is so damn tight, that I'm wondering if the pain would be worth it.
I do have a high pain tolerance
Well, just make sure to tell the massage therapist that it's your deep tissue massage, and that way they'll make sure to not break you into tiny bits.
ION, "Down with Love" is on A&E -- I've never seen it before -- and despite how yummy Ewan is, and how funny David Hyde Pierce is, it's really a BAD movie.
I am leaning toward a 75 minute deep tissue massage and a food therapy treatment (feet are moisturized, conditioned with steam towels, and then massaged with 100% shea butter).
It's not great, despite the fab prop department. Was pleasantly surprised by the "Bewitched" film though, in a cheap kicks kind of way.

I found out last night, about a week too late, that my sister and her ex didn't break up over what I thought they did, or at least there was more to it. If I'd known I might not have gone to see the band last Sat. Grrr. Boys suck. Also the new one is gone now too. Again, boys suck.
I was ready to drive home last night to see her since she was at my parents, but she said not to. We also have 2 birthday parties to go to, so it would've been completely impractical. Still, sister unhappy! Must go see her!
I think I'm going to listen to one of my knitting podcasts and try to finish a scarf I was to have done for a Christmas present. (Really intricate cable work on smooth yarn, so I have to be extra careful or I end up having to unravel every 10th row or so).
