Spike's Bitches 28: For the Safety of Puppies...and Christmas!

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Shit's all sorts of different now.

Her initial post was all in ASSCAPS, too.

That man was going to shank me. Over an omelette. Two eggs and a slice of government cheese. Is that what my life is worth?

Pretty much what Cass said, but even with lawyers, I've not seen it cost that much. In the thousands, maybe, but tens of thousands, uhm, no.

My sister's divorce was over $10K (lawyers, not mediators), but they had some nasty custody issues that needed to be worked out.

Kristin, it will suck, but it will work out.

All is well that ends in pizza.

Why do I always run into the weird sex toy stories? Wired article on the "Jack Hammer Johnson" [link]

Really, really something I would not have thought of.

Because you go looking for them. Don't deny it, we know you do. And, we rely on you for information.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

Someone please tell me that I can find a way to afford this: [link]

It cost me about $7,000 Kristin. And that was with a child (hence complicated custody negotiations), but in a non-contentious divorce.

You could do it for less, I think.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

From Hec's link to Erika earlier - this site mentioned in the article: [link] is truly amazing. Fascinating photo-essay, I guess you'd call it. Long, but totally worth it.

It really was amazing to cycle through it a few times. One of the most effective politcal mindfucks I think I've seen - in a positive way. Beautifully upends presuppositions.

Mostly lurking...

So, what do we think the "crown" of a hat is?

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

The top or the upper part, vw.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

So, what do we think the "crown" of a hat is?

The part which is not the brim. The round part of a bowler for example.
