I think underwear can be shown well, and it can be shown badly. First off, it needs to be nice underwear. That's mandatory.
vw, that's excellent!
Stephanie, stick fighting is for crazy people. And consider the source. I'm glad Joe's not badly broken.

Yes. This.
Of course, whether one wants to go to the trouble of fighting it is a question given that it's guaranteed you'd get a landlord with a bad attitude.
Yeah, this is what I was thinking.
I'm glad your boss is being so reasonable, vw!
I don't know how legal landlords discriminating against students is, but I know it happens in Chapel Hill. Well, the ones who do so don't officially discriminate against students, they have an age limit. So if you're a student who's over, say, 25, they'll rent to you. I guess if car rental agencies can do it, so can landlords.
Which, if you're a responsible person under 25 who is pursuing an education and wants a non-dorm roof over your head, is pretty unfair.

Yes, absolutely, and it needs to coordinate well with the outfit.
I'm 25. My roommate is 27, I think. Didn't help our case. But I'm thinking we don't want to rent from this woman anyway.
I'm 25.
When did that happen!? Next think you'll tell us that Holli is in College.
Whee! I've finally made it up to this year playing catchup. Gonna go work through some more (I keep thinking I should just skip and skim, but invariably one of the Buffista Sprog will do something adorable and/or hilarious [I'm looking at you, Kara!], and I figure I can't risk missing anything).
See ya all in a bit.

Doesn't sound like it. Even the "no housefuls of frat boys" types usually get the difference between that and late-20s grad students, if they're at all inclined to be reasonable.

What you do have in common with most other students, though, is that you're not likely to stay too long. Or at least, I think that would be a more reasonable assumption than that two mid-twenties grad students are going to kick holes in the wall and leave beer cans on the lawn. That might be figuring into her resistance.

But I don't think you're wrong there.
House: You put the Queen on your money. You're British.
