Also, that first para made me smile.
The best part was walking in WAY later than we were supposed to be home and having my parents still sitting up waiting for me. To see if I had a good time sailing. If I remember correctly, I was still so high from the kiss that I was like, "Yeah." And that was it.
Also, I was pretty and zit-free then with really perfect hair. And the St. Thomas sun wasn't doing me too much damage either. Oh, and that shirt that we tied up so my belly button was showing. And the perfume! Oh, my gods, the perfume!
While I'm sure you were perfectly adorable at the time, it was the way you wrote about it, felt it and remembered it that was so attractive.
Good afternoon. Brenda, I got a blanket at the market in Momostenango--did you ever get there?
I was trying to find my write-up of the first kiss story, and I can't find it. Damn unsearchable LJ.
You can usu google to search lj. in the search box type site:livejournal vwbug (other search terms) and you should have a pretty good chance of finding it.

You also posted it here, I think. So you should be able to search for it on the board.
Yeah, I tried that SA. It must have been a locked post, 'cause it didn't come up.
My first kiss died last year. Which, not a happy story, so.
I have internets again! Hooray for being back in Sheffield! And not having to live with my mother, who makes everything I own smell like cigarette smoke!
I found it! It was in my first Bitches thread. I made myself at home quickly.
Such a good story.
Also, I'm so sorry, Jars! But, glad you're back home!
Link me, vw? Or just repeat it? C'mon, a good first kiss story is always worth retelling.
