There's more than one way to skin a cat. And I happen to know that's factually true.

Spike's Bitches 28: For the Safety of Puppies...and Christmas!

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

move out and draw fire

I wasn't asleep! Really! Just because I was laying in the papasan with snoozing Mallory for two hours and dreaming...sheesh! I have too much to do today to sleep!

Caffiene is indicated, in large doses.

(shakes head) Bad dreams too. I just read something about Edward Gein, who I'd never heard of before, if you can believe it, and that got mixed up in my head with a case the embassy's currently involved in regarding the disappearance of a cruise ship passenger, [link] and I was being chased around a ship by Gein.

So come, my friends, be not afraid/We are so lightly here/It is in love that we are made; In love we disappear

How is the darling squeakaboo?

Snuffly. So I'm up when I should be asleep, because I find it hard to sleep when she's not up to snuff.

(However, I am now going to try.)

You were a wrong baby who grew up wrong. The wrong kind of wrong. It's better you hear it from a friend.

In Wally-related news, it seems I have a date for Thursday lunchtime. She grew up in Russia, moved to NZ when a teenager and thence to Australia. She's the one with the daughter, only it turns out said daughter has all-over body hair and retractable claws.

Our wings are not tired.

Well, just don't spell the kid's name Wolfaryn and it could be a nice lunch date.

I'm in the lull between getting Bobby out the door and having to wake up Brendon. Dog sleeping on on couch, the cat sleeping next to me, DH and son still asleep in their beds. Ah quiet.

More coffee now while I have this 10 minutes to sip in peace.

{{{Kristin}}} I'm so sorry, love. We're here for you.

I just walked Toto. We ran into the beautiful German Shephard that lives down the street. Poor guy was wearing a white cone around his head and had half of his back shaved and in bandages. Poor thing was attacked by a pitbull last week! I just feel so awful for him!

edit: erika, much ~ma for Betsy. Poor thing!

Aimeé, good luck with the apartment hunt.

If I don't move out of the area, I'm hoping to at least move apartments in the next 6 months or so. Some friends live in a small apartment complex, and I'd love to get one of the second floor places there. Two bedrooms, cathedral ceilings, actual storage space--if only they had hardwood floors and decks they'd be perfect.

Always Anti-fascist!

I know...she eats and drinks and some of her normal things so I'm trying to be hopeful.
