Can we maybe vote on the whole murdering people issue?

Spike's Bitches 28: For the Safety of Puppies...and Christmas!

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Now tagless for your comfort.

{{{Cass}}} You're not terrible. My uncle held on for 10 days n palliative care and I thought that was too long. Once the cancer is causing that much pain, it just hurts to see someone suffer like that. My thoughts are with your family.

We heard from my assistant. Her doc has confirmed that she does indeed have cancer of the uterus that has spread in the abdominal cavity

That's scary, considering the number of vital organs that reside in that cavity. *sigh* -ma for your assistant, MG.

Anyways, back from the nonstop jogging from hell the brisk walk, Daisy is no longer doing the whine thing. She is back in her usual mood, of barking at all the cars that go past. At least, she is happy and not stealing panties.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

Just realized my dad flew up to Sacramento today (he had to pick up a car and this trip usually takes two to three days) and so I called mom (stepmom) to see if I could come up tonight also.

Dad is about two hours from home. He flew up and is driving straight back down. I just talked with him. You know, people who are just very good and very lucky get to find love like they have. Good dad.

She doesn't know the stage or extent yet (and I'm cancer-clueless). She doesn't see the oncologist until next Tuesday.
These specifics are very important. My thoughts will be with her, and you MG, while she is waiting for these answers.

Daisy steals panties? Amusing dog.

I am thinking that going and picking up some taquitos and then some beer are in order. I have no food here and I could use a drink.

Then I can just eat, cry my eyes out, get some sleep and tomorrow I can take care of people.

Your plan sounds like a good one.

Daisy steals panties? Amusing dog.

Lucy steals socks. Amusing, but not so much when she goes after the ones you're currently wearing. Ouchie.

I have both now. It was a good plan.
and I hope for a swift and peaceful passing.
Thank you. It seems unreal that my grandma was this vibrant person at my parent's Christmas party on the 10th. I'm glad I was there and that we spent a lot of time just idly chatting that night. Because that person is mostly gone and now it is about helping her move on.

When I called my stepmom to ask if I should come up tonight, she told me that my grandma was asking where my grandpa was. "I think he's waiting for you, mom," she said. I managed not to cry on the phone. Just said that I thought he was and they could be together again now.

While you are wearing them? Ouch is right!

One of my parent's Golden Retrievers steals shoes. And slippers. And socks. But only when they are off of actual feet. He's not impressive as a thief anymore. Though watching him run around with the purloined footwear in his mouth is funny. Happily trotting around with a sock or a slide.
