I'm all up in the law now, but damn it feels good to get my violence on.

Spike's Bitches 28: For the Safety of Puppies...and Christmas!

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

Awww, that's a good kid you're raising, Cindy.

What is even happening?

Yeah, it kind of made me teary, because he's had a love affair with money, akin to Emmett's or Anya's, ever since he figured it out. Most of that money is his clear-pee money. When my mother first moved in, he was at the height of his blood in urine phase, and every time he peed, with no blood present, my mother would give him a buck. After a week or so, she started giving him a fixed amount, a day. It was just something sweet she did, to take his mind off of the medical side of it, and make him laugh. So that he offered it up so quickly, was really kind of allergy inducing, for me. Still, I think he was mighty relieved when we didn't take him up on his offer.

Crying now. That is very sweet of your mother. Medical stuff is so difficult for kids.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

That is so sweet. Awww.

Things I have acquired this holiday season -- fingerless gloves (present from my little brother) and big fuzzy hat! (bought today on sale -- marked down to $18 from $42). It's VERY BIG and fuzzy.

"Fuck Western ideologically-motivated gender identification!" Sulu gasped, and came.

Damn. That's VERY sweet indeed. You did good with your boy, there.

So come, my friends, be not afraid/We are so lightly here/It is in love that we are made; In love we disappear

Our gifts to them were significantly less, but we explained that up front, and they were sweet about it.

And in the end, they get a ride-along DVD player! So it all works out, and they are rewarded for their sweetness and virtue.

Part of the problem is that Scott hates painting the way I hate having episiotomies. In the past, it's been my job to remind him that it's really worth the money for him, to get a painter. That's right out. But I don't mind painting. Once my mother moves out, I don't see why I can't put the boys in my mother's room, and paint a couple of hours a day, while Chris is at school.

I love painting. I am sad that we don't, at the moment, have anything to paint. Stupid country between us!

I’d be lying if I didn’t say that I miss them all tonight…

Awwww, sweetie-head kidlet-o-Cindy. Yay.

For the last couple of days, I've felt like Mother-Failure, so it's nice to read this.

Yeah, I wanted to surprise them with that, but they looked through the flyer thingie we brought home from the dealer, and Julia spotted the DVD player, right away.

Darn it. Althogh I have to confess, if you brought Lilly with you, I might keep her, and lock you up in the basement, once the painting was done. There's a PS2 down there, though.

I like painting. I haven't done it in our marriage, because I was always either pregnant or wrangling babies and toddlers when we needed to paint, and Scott's taller, which means less ladder-painting. But Chris is in school two and a half hours a day. There's no reason I can't.

Hey Plei, how is Lilly doing with eating while at daycare. The last I remember reading, there had been a little improvement. Is she all adjusted, yet?

Shit's all sorts of different now.

Please help me to not be incredibly furious.

I had my check deposited into 2 savings and 1 checking account until the beginning of December. One of the savings accounts got closed. I alerted my employer.

On the 15th, ADP attempted to deposit a portion of that paycheck into the closed account. My bank sent it back, but I have yet to receive this money from my employer. Since it wasn't that large an amount, I wasn't worried about it.

Today, I went into my HR person's office to check on the small amount of money. She didn't have ananswer, but wanted to make sure that the check I am supposed to receive tomorrow - my paycheck AND my bonus check - was deposited correctly.

Guess fucking what?

Not only wasn't it, it was sent to THE FUCKING CLOSED ACCOUNT AGAIN.

I am so angry, I could fucking spit.
