Spike's Bitches 28: For the Safety of Puppies...and Christmas!

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

I’d be lying if I didn’t say that I miss them all tonight…

Awwww, sweetie-head kidlet-o-Cindy. Yay.

What is even happening?

Crying now. That is very sweet of your mother. Medical stuff is so difficult for kids.
That is so sweet. Awww.
Damn. That's VERY sweet indeed. You did good with your boy, there.
Awwww, sweetie-head kidlet-o-Cindy. Yay.

For the last couple of days, I've felt like Mother-Failure, so it's nice to read this.

And in the end, they get a ride-along DVD player! So it all works out, and they are rewarded for their sweetness and virtue.
Yeah, I wanted to surprise them with that, but they looked through the flyer thingie we brought home from the dealer, and Julia spotted the DVD player, right away.

I love painting. I am sad that we don't, at the moment, have anything to paint. Stupid country between us!
Darn it. Althogh I have to confess, if you brought Lilly with you, I might keep her, and lock you up in the basement, once the painting was done. There's a PS2 down there, though.

I like painting. I haven't done it in our marriage, because I was always either pregnant or wrangling babies and toddlers when we needed to paint, and Scott's taller, which means less ladder-painting. But Chris is in school two and a half hours a day. There's no reason I can't.

Hey Plei, how is Lilly doing with eating while at daycare. The last I remember reading, there had been a little improvement. Is she all adjusted, yet?

Shit's all sorts of different now.

Please help me to not be incredibly furious.

I had my check deposited into 2 savings and 1 checking account until the beginning of December. One of the savings accounts got closed. I alerted my employer.

On the 15th, ADP attempted to deposit a portion of that paycheck into the closed account. My bank sent it back, but I have yet to receive this money from my employer. Since it wasn't that large an amount, I wasn't worried about it.

Today, I went into my HR person's office to check on the small amount of money. She didn't have ananswer, but wanted to make sure that the check I am supposed to receive tomorrow - my paycheck AND my bonus check - was deposited correctly.

Guess fucking what?

Not only wasn't it, it was sent to THE FUCKING CLOSED ACCOUNT AGAIN.

I am so angry, I could fucking spit.

Now let us crush something soft and watch it fountain blood. That is a girlish thing to want to do, yes?

Mother-Failure

This? Not in my universe.

Aims, KILL! STUPID! PEOPLE!

So come, my friends, be not afraid/We are so lightly here/It is in love that we are made; In love we disappear

Aimee, you SHOULD be furious. I am not going to stop you from being mad, because you are within your rights to spit fire at 'em.

Hey Plei, how is Lilly doing with eating while at daycare. The last I remember reading, there had been a little improvement. Is she all adjusted, yet?

She's eating a couple ounces of EBM a day when she's there. Not as much as she should be, but she's making up for it at home.

What is even happening?

Plei, is she keeping you up all night?

Aimee! Oh, they ought to cut you a check right away. That's just damned wrong.

The artist formerly associated with cupcakes.

Schmacky's doing pretty well. He's working at Hot Topic and looking more gothy every day.

Awww. I want pictures.

Cindy, you have a very good kidlet.

Aimée, be very angry about that. You should also write a calm and icy letter to the HR person's boss.

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

Aimee- I change the ADP stuff around here, and it's not that difficult. They deserve a reaming.

Shit's all sorts of different now.

That's the strange thing - it's set up right in ADP. She showed me.
