Early: So is it still her room when it's empty? Does the room, the thing, have purpose? Or do we -- what's the word? Simon: I really can't help you. Early: The plan is to take your sister. Get the reward, which is substantial. 'Imbue.' That's the word.

Spike's Bitches 28: For the Safety of Puppies...and Christmas!

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Love is stronger than death and harder than sorrow. Those who practice it are fierce like the light of stars traveling eons to pierce the night.

It's nice to see some brave pretenders trying to make it interesting.

Thanks guys. I think you helped get me through this morning's bad patch.

we'll be here, d, for any upcoming rough patches.

brillig

Dear bug inhabiting my respiratory tract

I accept the sore throat, it gives me a pleasantly startling raspy baritone voice. I accept the sniffles and the coughing.

However, breathing is not one of those things listed in the Optional column, so unclog my lungs and sinuses, please. I know where you live and I can hurt you.

I hope you feel better soon, connie.

I spent Christmas doing family things. The parts with my sister and her family were enjoyable. Then there were the other parts. <sigh> Both parts are now over.

move out and draw fire

d, yuck and yuck. But the "wanting more out of life" is a HUGE thing. Good luck.

Mal and I survived the store...he got a girlfriend (a little girl in a pink ski suit about his age and he "talked" for long minutes). I didn't tell her that he eats cat food. I was shivering and sweating and coughing and hating life when we got back.

I was just reminded of a situation a friend had a few years ago that reminds me of Daniel's work thing. (Was that English? I can't tell thru the Snot Monster). My friend came this close to getting fired (he actually got fired, protested it, and was moved to a different office) for having a sig file on his email of "There's a fine line between stupid and clever." A woman (black and middle-aged, and I don't know if that is relevant other than an assumed unfamiliarity with Spinal Tap and the EEO knee-jerk by HR) thought he was calling her stupid, complained, and he was called in and dismissed.

Anyway. He quit shortly thereafter and has a much better job now.

Hey. New board.

Oh, d, I'm so sorry. That's hard hard hard.

I’d be lying if I didn’t say that I miss them all tonight…

Hi. Just got back from signing the divorce papers. Yuck.

Now let us crush something soft and watch it fountain blood. That is a girlish thing to want to do, yes?

{{{j}}} I'm so sorry, babe. But at least it's done.
