Spike's Bitches 28: For the Safety of Puppies...and Christmas!

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Oh my. That sounds quite trying. Well, you seem to be chugging along quite nicely.

So did my bnest friend! I found it lovely, and informative, and I saw it right before she told me she got me a ticket to see Wicked when it comes through town as a Birthday/Christmas present, as that it was the only thing I didn't request for Christmas because the price was quite steep.

oh joy! Oh Rapture ! I have a brain!

Get better, everyone.

I feel very accomplished today. DH always wonders why i don't go to the coffee shop everyday. That's becasue I would be getting home about now. and today I did something that I have wanted to do since before we moved into this house. I sorted thru all my jewlery. I can find it all now. and I have one box that I couldn't decide what to do with the stuff - so it is in a box tucked into th edresser. It only took an hour to make it realitvely easy o find stuff. I think I deserve breakfast now.

Oh. In my wanderings over the rest of the site, it appear I have become coffee repellent. It's a Hannukah miracle/curse. ALL FEAR ME AS I MNAKE THE COFFEE FLEE FROM YOUR MOUTHS TO SAFETY((Try to assist your coffee at this point, as it believes the computer screen is safety, instead of what it really is, which is mearly a portal to sin and pretty shoes))!!!!!!!!!

A dress should be tight enough to show you're a woman but loose enough to flee from zombies. — Ginger

Happy Old Xmas, everyone! I am on vacation so it's very very good right now. Cat's lying in front of the keyboard, I am drinking coffee made by my new coffeemaker, and I'm pleasantly...., er, well. I'm a teacher now, so suffice it to say I feel mellow.

I have leftover Xmas ham, I got my wedding dress (Fri) in the mail, all safe and sound and it fits like a fucking glove! I'm so pleased -- This dress, remember?

And I don't hvae to go back to school till 1/9.

Rock the fuck on, y'all

Herding cats for fun

Another lovely Christmas for Chez Bee. We had roast beast and sauteed mushrooms on Christmas Eve and visited the parents Christmas Day, where all was blissfully normal. MIL gave away the surprise of her gift to me right away (a-gain) asking me if I had the Macy's card yet. (No, I hadn’t opened it yet). FIL talked too much and told his favorite jokes (over and over), my sister had a temper snit with me (as usual), and I am shamefully, painfully jealous of my Dad and stepmother because they can have the house remodeled, buy new furniture, go to Italy and start planning to go to France - all in one year. At least nobody told me that what I'd given them wasn't good enough (THWAP to MG's DH, plus some intensive counseling from Miss Manners).

DH is busy cleaning the 2nd bathroom, where the broken washing machine lives, so the repairman won't be offended by our filth when he arrives today sometime between 1 - 5. We hope. If this business concludes on time, I get to see Narnia tonight. Pretty Mishka the fluffy black cat, my Christmas kitty from 1998, was peaceful and agreeable about wearing a big bright red ribbon around his neck all day. He's so cool. Nothing bothers Mishka: wearing ribbons, visiting four year old twins who want to play, even the vacuum cleaner doesn’t faze him. It’s really quite remarkable. Yesterday DH and I put together a paper cat sculpture we downloaded from Canon, and he helped quite a bit with the glue and the paper trimmings too.

Andi’s tiara picture is no less than incredibly beautiful. What a treat to see.

Go Team Mellow!
