Owen can say, "camel" now. He's fascinated with exotic animals for some reason.
WHOOOT! All children should say "camel" and often.
'Objects In Space'
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

I don't think Aidan can say Camel. I'll have to work on that.
Yay vw for finishing the paper! I know that was a slog. Are you all done now?
Sorry if I was too forceful about it.
Oh, I was just teasing you.
Deena! Ack! That is awful. I wish I was closer. I'd go track down something fun.
Are you all done now?
For today. Tomorrow I write answers to two take-home quizzes that I never did. Then I'm done! Done! DONE! Well, until I do the Independent Study...
The train set I got for Leif was a $20 set that Target had. I checked and the width of the wheels seemed to match other wooden train sets. So you might be able to scrabble together a more extensive train set with a couple of the Target kits and a couple of train engine/cars from another type.
Oh, cool Gud, thanks. I don't think he really needs extensive. He just needs a train. He loves trains and fire trucks and he's already got three different fire trucks.
Oh, I was just teasing you.
Cool. I thought everything was tongue in cheek, but I thought I would cover my bases.
Deena, poop to KB Toys. Bastards. Good luck finding Aidan something else.

I swear, he's had a verbal leap in the last week. He's just all about difficult animal names. Won't say "Mamma" but he'll spout "giraffe", "zebra" and "octopus" all day long.
I just tried to talk my daughter into typing in a message about camels, but she won't do it. We are all hanging out in the basement for a little bit while my wife is napping. Alas, bath time is almost here and the noise will need to move upstairs.
Em said "elephant" a couple of weeks ago. Hasn't said it since, but she did the once. She's also saying "dance". We find she will repeat us if she has a context.
