Spike's Bitches 28: For the Safety of Puppies...and Christmas!

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

I'm getting the pig!

I sorta wish I hadn't listened to the soundtrack so much before seeing it (On Sept 25, 2005 with sj and teacup guy and Sail and my Aunties - What?) because I found myself nitpicking the way the tour cast sang it compared to the Broadway cast.

I have tickets for it at the Kennedy Center in January. So. Excited.

Yay! You're going to have a fabulously wicked time!

When I explained to Pete that I was planning on seeing it at least twice, he looked at me and said "I kind of expected that."
I was barely able to get tickets to one show. Feh. May need to remedy that. But I'm so excited to hear Jilli's thoughts (and squeeage) on it after she sees it.

Unusually and exceedingly peculiar and altogether quite impossible to describe

Wicked is coming to Cincy, and I have to organize my girlfriends to get tickets. I think my favorite song is "Dancing Through Life," followed VERY closely by "The Wizard and I" and "What Is This Feeling?".

Man, walking with a cane has got to be a beeeeee-yotch when you only have one arm.

He seems to have the hang of it, but I'm in awe of his ability to balance.

I was looking for a gift for my mom and I found this:

Not a gift for my mom, but damn useful sounding.

I actually just checked online to see when non-season-ticket-holders can buy tickets for Wicked. January 19. I'm marking it on my calendar.

Er....if I *had* a 2006 calendar, that is.

t note to self: buy 2006 calendar

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

Wicked sold out in SF before I had a chance to get tix. I could have seen it when I was in NYC, but my buddies bullied me into a couple of other musicals instead. Me, bitter (typed butter first), nawwww.

You could come to Chicago...IJS.

Steph - check the theater. They might be selling them already straight from the box office. I recently found this out buying a Christmas present for a show at the Pantages.
