Of course, it won't actually mean more money for me, I think, since it'll just replace my loans for the semester, but still! Woohoo!It just won't mean more money for you now. It will mean more money for you, when the loans come due.
So I'm supposed to ("It is also appropriate for you to") write letters of acknowledgment. What do I say? "Hey, thanks for the cash! I guess you like my sense of humor. Math and I are so happy that you have such faith in our relationship! I know Computer Science and I didn't work out, but I've learned from that experience and Math and I are really committed to each other."

Yeah, although in the scheme of things, I'll owe money until I die anyway, so it's an almost insignificant amount of my debt, and I'd sort of prefer extra money to live on. But it's still a total woohoo.

I thought it was wearing overalls. Not that that's any less creepy. But you know. Maybe it had been working hard in the garden and it was tired. Thus the need to catch a nap with the cat on the couch.
The "Italian" pizza I got for lunch has lemon on it. And rosemary, but mostly I'm weirded out by the lemon. My brain keeps going back and forth between "mmm, pizza!" and "lemon pizza? WTF?"
