Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Clooney: verklempt in velvet.

A Ford, huh? Detroit really put me off the big three. That'd take some psychological manouvering.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

A Ford, huh? Detroit really put me off the big three.

I really like the styling of the Ford over the Mazda. But if that's not an issue I'm not sure which would be better.

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

Holy shit.

There is a rumor that the miners who died gave their oxygen to the miner who survived because he was younger and had small children.

Snopes hasn't shot it down yet and is saying its possible.

I'm crying at even the thought.

What is even happening?

Clooney: verklempt in velvet.

You're a good woman to share that here, ita.

There is a rumor that the miners who died gave their oxygen to the miner who survived because he was younger and had small children.

Oh my word.

I used to love Les Brandt on Another World...

When it comes to Clooney, I give my all.

See? I gave everybody here an opportunity to tell me what a bad person I am and nobody did, because I fuckin' rule.

Congratulations to the flea family!

Which reminds me that I really need to finish putting up the pictures from my August jaunt to Boston, because there are a few really lovely pictures of all the fleas.

Congratulations to the fleas! And, while I'm at it, to Cashmere and DH. Second children are wonderful.

I was charmed (albeit somewhat perplexed) by the fannish sensibility of many of the music choices -- it's like the director was trying to vid Canada. --loligo on the Olympic Opening Ceremonies

There is a rumor that the miners who died gave their oxygen to the miner who survived because he was younger and had small children.

I first saw that rumor in a statement from... the survivor's father, I think? He said that he had absolutely no evidence, but that he wouldn't be surprised if that had happened. I suspect that's still the case.
