Zoe: What's that, sir? Mal: Freedom, is what. Zoe: No, I meant what's that? Mal: Oh. Yeah. Just step around it. I think something must've been living in here.

I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

I am getting a haircut toinight. My haircut place is completely out of the way of where I would ever normally travel and so it always feels like a treat.

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

I kind of want ice cream. Maybe I am crazy.

You may be right... or it just may be a lunatic you're looking for.

Shit. I need a haircut before xmas (hell, I needed it last week) and I seriously doubt my stylist can get me in before then.

Unless I take a sick day. Hmmmmm.

Where should we go out for dinner? I kind of want Thai, but am worried about child-friendliness. Other options are Indian and Mongolian barbecue. Hmmm. Localistas?

Oh, while I think of it, the new cafe in the Looniversity Div School carries Locopops! Looniversity employees (this means you) take note!

Why did Darth Vader cross the road? To get to the Dark Side!

Haircuts are very much treats in my book, especially since they involve someone else watching the kids while I get a nummy shampoo and head massage.

Now let us crush something soft and watch it fountain blood. That is a girlish thing to want to do, yes?

the new cafe in the Looniversity Div School carries Locopops!

I did not know this!!

Also, what's your Thai place? I've seen you mention it before, and I've never found one I truly love in town (although there's a great one in Cary, of all places).

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

You may be right... or it just may be a lunatic you're looking for.

Did you ride your motorcycle in the rain?

ION, I just remembered that I have key lime pie in the work fridge!

Pao Lim is the best we know anywhere nearby. It's sort of pan-Asian, not super-Thai but at least the food is good and not gummy.

Best Thai Ever: Thai Express, in Steph's hood in Cinti. Wah.

I love it when people send me requests for stuff completely outside of my department and purview. Especially when they request an "ESTIMATE" and specify "(that means how much)".

I do love Pao Lim, but I tend to think of it as, yeah, more pan-Asian. Still, extreme yum.
