Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I have decided to get married in the US, hopefully this year. This way my sister will have to choose between my wedding and her ban on US travel. It would be convenient if I could have a boyfriend before March, for unrelated reasons.

So get on that, will you, Buffistas?

Ginger, Spidra's suggestion sounds good.

So come, my friends, be not afraid/We are so lightly here/It is in love that we are made; In love we disappear

So get on that, will you, Buffistas?

There's a hot young barista at the Northgate Starbucks drive through that I've considered kidnapping and shipping to you... (Last time we ordered there, I looked through the window and said to Paul, "Damn, can we get him for ita?")

Great voice, too.

The more I learn, the more I realize how little I know.

My grandfather used a similar book holder when he read at the table, but turning pages one-handed took some dexterity, and it didn't work well with paperbacks or books with short bottom margins.

My grandmother used a lap desk on a bean bag when she read in her easy chair, something like this: [link]

Wait, is this real-world child support, where the money goes to buy food for the kids, or MRA fantasyland child support where the women just buy Ferraris and cocaine? -Jessica

So get on that, will you, Buffistas?

Um, I saw someone I thought would be perfect for you, he's a scientist, though, so I don't know how you'd feel. Also older than you, but superhot, sexy bod, and remarkably kind.

"Fuck Western ideologically-motivated gender identification!" Sulu gasped, and came.

Any parameters, other than 'be American'?

Come to think of it, ita, your mom would approve given the PhD and science stuff, yeah?

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Allyson, cleaning it up would be a favor. You don't even have to say anything! He'll be all, "See? It's fine now!" but you'll know.

I wish I could just go somewhere to get flensed but none of the whaling ships near me take Medicare.

That lap desk reminds me of a neat-o thing my friend with MD has: A book holder that's basically a heavy leatherette band in the shape of an infinity sign. Each loop of the infinity has a lead weight in it. So you lay the book down on a surface and the weighted band holds the pages down while you read. I want to get one for myself. I don't know where he got it so I may eventually just make one.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

My mother would adore the academic stuff.

Any parameters, other than 'be American'?

That's not even a parameter. Just willing to get married here. My guy should be funny and intense and liking of the dork and the recreational learning to kill people. I understand that an interest overlap with mine is recommended, so that'd be cool too.

Hot young baristas also considered. It doesn't have to be a marriage that lasts forever, as long as it's good while it does.

Allyson, totally fix your parents' computer. Don't move icons or anything, though, because that's what they'll connipt about.
