dh is napping. I was napping, but I am awake at the momet. Cat want to go out, but the inconsiderate neighbors are running a chain saw and the cat finds it a very scary noise. But it is my fault the scary noise is out there.
I have meatballs in the crock pot and clothes in the wash for tonights hootennanny down at the cafe. Last year I ended up pogoing in 4 inch heels. ow.
Napping is good.
Juliana is napping, and I think I am about to be.
juliana did not achieve nappage. Can't sleep, new life will eat me.
Only in the good way, juliana. I'm very hopeful for you.
Only in the good way, juliana. Only in the good way.
Was your flight okay? Perkins told us you got switched to a delayed (boo) but direct (yay) flight.
Much love to both J and you, Perkins.
Thanks, you two. I'm just having trouble adjusting to the idea of not being where I've been, both physically and in the daily routines of others. If that makes sense.
The flight was meh. Long and cramped (Northwest blows if you have to fly in steerage), but it is over and done with and now I'm here, waiting to start my new life. So.
It's odd to come from the winter wonderland MN turned in to and be in the middle of green and wet.
Heh, Cindy.

It makes a ton of sense. And it'll get better. Mostly, you don't have to get used to the idea, if you just keep doing it.

Oh, yeah. Even without the big difference in landscape and weather, whenever I'm in a new place, everything just looks too new and different for a while. Just the visual change can really throw me for a loop, and the routines? Forget about it. I hope that adjustment period passes quickly and easily.
