Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I do enjoy getting confirmation of my no-licking-the-face policy. That means you too, msbelle!!!

What is even happening?

Hmog!
Pretty much. I overheard part of my mother's end of the conversation, and thought, "I can't be hearing what I think I'm hearing."

I think she's been rather insisty that her cousin's ex put down the dog. I'm not the dog lover she is. I love certain dogs I know well, but am not all around crazy about dogs. I think I would have been up there with some Kibble a la D-Con (as I don't own a gun).

This was not a bite off, just a bite on. An English Bulldog, I think. They were having kisses when the dog got bitey. Oops.
Yikes. Was it her own dog?

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Is anyone here on LinkedIn? It seems to be a Friendster for professional connections. And therefore slightly more likely to pay off. But I was wondering if it had, for anyone.

Neighbor dog. So, a potentially even stickier situation. She doesn't really feel any animosity toward the dog, but if it's a biter, it should be put down, but she doesn't want to start a fight with her neighbors, blah blah blah.

OK. I have two hours in which I want to write approx. one page. Will I be able to get it done? Stay tuned!

So that's a no on the "having started writing the page," huh?

On the other hand--that's pretty funny. Worthy of a sober person.

I'm like a quarter done. Or more. Depending on how you look at it.

I wish I could just go somewhere to get flensed but none of the whaling ships near me take Medicare.

I signed up with LinkedIn just a couple months ago. I haven't done all that much with it as it seems like a lot of the folks are networking for jobs I don't have the tech qualifications for. Jason E. from TT is there. I think his attitude was that it couldn't hurt.

100 Things They Didn't Know This Time Last Year:

99. The Japanese word "chokuegambo" describes the wish that there were more designer-brand shops on a given street.

I don't believe all of them, not nearly.

I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

I have no plans to lick your face Jesse, not in the immediate future anyway. I may need to bite your nose though. stay tuned.

I was late to work, I was therefore late to my 9 am call. Feh.

I did, however, remember to bring in my breakfast and some lunch AND I listened to a bunch on my NPR podcasts on the way in, so I kinda got stuff done.

No word on if we have a short day today.
