Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

So, I'm having to re-type a document (annoying!), but I'm totally impressed with my ability to touch-type. Except then I started thinking about it, and got all screwed up. I'm a way better typist than I realized, or than I used to be. Even though I don't quite use all the "proper" fingerings. There's got to be a better way to phrase that.

One thing about my typing that bugs me - I always use the left 'Shift' key (with left pinkie), even when the letter I'm capitalizing also requires my left hand.

Weird-- I do it, too. I really don't use my right pinky for much of anything. I sort of touch type with my left hand and then use the first two fingers of my right hand

ita, George Clooney is on Fresh Air today. He was talking about dealing with the injury he sustained during Syriana. His injury was such that he had spinal fluid leaking. Anyway, his take is interesting. about 30 minutes in to the interview.
