Angel: You know, I killed my actual dad. It was one of the first things I did when I became a vampire. Wesley: I hardly see how that's the same situation. Angel: Yeah. I didn't really think that one through.

HA! That would be fun to watch... luckily none of our animals try to herd.

oh joy! Oh Rapture ! I have a brain!

My sister had two dogs that were austrailian shepard/ yellow lab mixes. It was really funny to watch them heard my sister and BIL toward the garage at dinner time

We're very stretchy. - Connie Neil

My cat hasn't shut up this afternoon. She's currently whining in the kitchen after knocking all the empty boxes that I haven't yet thrown away off of the table and excuse me while I stop her from shredding my paper towel...

I wonder if vacation time just wigs animals out. Bear seems totally fussy and unable to settle down anywhere. She keeps looking at me and Lori like, "Why are you still here? Don't you have some place you should be?"

That was our cat yesterday. Even on the weekends we usually leave at some part of the day - he just couldn't figure out when nap time was going to happen. As soon as he went for a nap , something interesting would happen and he would have to investigate.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

"Draco Mouseboy," he said.
giggles
"Hanukkah is the Festival of..." "gelt!" he announced with great joy.
howls with laughter

My grinchy has apparently left the building. Though there is a mass cleaning that needs to be done and I am not motivated to do anything more than catch up here and lj and maybe nap a few times.

My parents have two Golden Retrievers. My grandma has two Goldens. While grandma is very ill, my parents have *all* of the dogs.

They don't try to herd, they just try to love you to death. Simulataneously. Oh, and Baron steals shoes. I wouldn't call it actually retrieving since he doesn't like to actually return them so much and bound around the house carrying it. Took me 15 minutes last night to find my other slide.

My cat hasn't shut up this afternoon.
My two acted like I'd laced the turkey with kitty crack last night. So much for tryptophin making for the sleepy.

Had the dreams of the massively overcaffinated last night. Dreamt of old houses; massive family happenings, dramas and conflicts; travels through congested airport labrynths; some various Buffistas; and many man pairs of shoes. Oh, and hugged ita. Sorry about that.

I', starting to think so. My dog's been staring at this picture of Krishna and doing something that I swear looks like four legged meditation. The rabbits, on the other hand, have been sweet and cuddly with everyone which is how I know something is up.

I'm cleaning the summer room and wearing a wedding veil (and a stylish apple green Life is Good shirt and jeans). While it does look good with my current ensemble and looks great with my short short bangs and my hair in a ponytail, I'm not sure where to store/what to do with the veil. Any ideas?

Loosely wrap in tissue paper and box it. Unless you aren't looking for storage ideas. In which case I suggest hanging it on an oval shaped mirror. On which you can draw a face with makeup or dry erase markers.

That would be awesome. But I have no mirrors in this room. I sort of just folded it up and put it in the box with the other random hats and headwear. I could keep wearing it, but it feels weird.
