Remember that the frontier of the Rebellion is everywhere. And even the smallest act of insurrection pushes our lines forward.

Well, we both did have Mole Rat/Kim Possible taglines for a while.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

And to think Perkins was the reason I remembered to make 2006 calendars. Ah, well.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

And to think Perkins was the reason I remembered to make 2006 calendars. Ah, well.

I was?

Cool.

So come, my friends, be not afraid/We are so lightly here/It is in love that we are made; In love we disappear

Perkins is the reason we CAN have nice things.

Perkins is also the reason you're going to have to get them from someone not me.

I'm in the midst of loading my daughter's new MP3 player before wrapping it. First of all a LOT of songs fit on 256MB, second this is a bizarre mix of Kids music, Christian Rock, Alternative Rock, Classic Rock, and Folk music.

Also, I don't use Konqueror that much as my web browser, but it does have nice spell checking.

Our wings are not tired

Um, the experience I just had...yeah.

So my sister invited me to go out for a couple of drinks tonight. I decided to go, it's usually a train wreck, but I also usually get one of those crazy stories out of it. Tonight was no exception.

We picked up her friend J, and we went to a decent bar. They order about a dozen shots that involve hot sauce, an oyster, and vodka. I have a beer. So they are getting sauced up, and at one point her friend J decides to ask if I have any kids. I let her know that I do not.

J then proceeds to tell me that was the same for her, until recently. Apparently she was recently pregnant. Only she didn't know until she was at 7 months. She went in thinking she was maybe 6 or 7 weeks and was going to find out about ending it. Turns out it was 7 months. Product of a one night stand that she'd forgotten about. She ended up having the kid and, thank doG gave her up for adoption. This is a woman who was probably drunk through most of the pregnancy.

I couldn't make this shit up.

See? I gave everybody here an opportunity to tell me what a bad person I am and nobody did, because I fuckin' rule.

Among all those other Rocks, did you remember Schoolhouse? I can't see how Emaryn's MP3 player can possibly be fully loaded without at the very least "Conjunction Junction," and preferably also "Interjections" and Skee-Lo's version of "The Tale of Mister Morton."

eta: Holy shit, ND. That's... holy shit. Wow. Why do you think she chose to tell you?

Schoolhouse Rock would be awesome.
