Jayne: Captain, can you stop her from bein' cheerful, please? Mal: I don't believe there is a power in the 'verse that can stop Kaylee from being cheerful. Sometimes you just wanna duct tape her mouth and dump her in the hold for a month.

Remember that the frontier of the Rebellion is everywhere. And even the smallest act of insurrection pushes our lines forward.

See? I gave everybody here an opportunity to tell me what a bad person I am and nobody did, because I fuckin' rule.

Among all those other Rocks, did you remember Schoolhouse? I can't see how Emaryn's MP3 player can possibly be fully loaded without at the very least "Conjunction Junction," and preferably also "Interjections" and Skee-Lo's version of "The Tale of Mister Morton."

eta: Holy shit, ND. That's... holy shit. Wow. Why do you think she chose to tell you?

Coding and Sleeping

Schoolhouse Rock would be awesome.

Why do you think she chose to tell you?

She was drunk, and not the sharpest tool in the shed. To her it was just an interesting story to tell. Nothing really more than that.

At least I didn't get asked to look at my sister's tits in a bar this year.

The status is NOT quo.

And you want me to join the craxy this summer? At a RANCH? We'll be trapped between your family and livestock!

Yep. What's wrong with that sweetie? At least at the ranch there's no where we need to drive, so we can just back a whoooooooole lot of booze and enjoy it through a drunken haze. I actually had a pretty good time last time I was at the ranch. When all of us are mostly drunk it's pretty amusing.

Um, yay?

Your sibs definitely have far more interesting acquaintances than my sibs.

Will the niece you really care about and have been reaching out to be at the big family thing next summer? You and Kristin could always be her Big Damn Heroes forever by inventing all kinds of important errands you have to run out in town, away from the ranch, that she simply must come along and help you out with.

Gud, if you lack SR, Hec has bunches, and once he's done getting Emmett to bed he can pop over here and ... uh, do whatever it is you computer-music-y MP3 people do with your music and the computer and the sharing. That stuff.

I'm not sure. I think just mostly they are much more...um...well, I'm not sure how to say it. Most of them aren't that bright. I think some of them may have just discovered the internets.
