Willow: Something evil-crashed to earth in this. Then it broke out and slithered away to do badness. Giles: Well, in all fairness, we don't really know about the "slithered" part. Anya: No, no, I'm sure it frisked about like a fluffy lamb.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

My irritation with UPS is so great that even though they employ my brother, I will not use them to ship anymore.

I just sent you an email that will not decrease your irritation, but I also got a lot of people at UPS in trouble, so that is something.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Hi, I'm back.

Things are looking OK. There are two sub-types to my diagnosis. One the prognosis is OK, and one the prognosis is bad to very-bad. I have the OK one.

Also, they shot the dye into my arm. The worse thing about that is my urine will be bright yellow-orange for the next two days.

Oh, and I have a script for steroids. So I expect to hit ten times as many home runs this year as I did last year. Anecdotally, some people say steroids help them (some a lot) and others say they have no effect. I'll only have to take them for a few months, and my dosage isn't that high.

I'm home from the car fiasco. Can I whine?

oh joy! Oh Rapture ! I have a brain!

yay for the better news!

due to the diabetes, I can't take steroids. but I can breathe them in. Turn out - the first two - three days I am on them I go through major mood swings - and a lot of rage. Not something I normally feel. I have been told " that doesn't happen" ( because it doesn't really get into the bolood stream) , but it has, twice. So it is something to be aware of

The lost sheep grow teeth, forsake their lambs, and lie with the lions.

You are most welcome to whine.

I think I might not fix it. I'm not sure it's worth it.

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

While I found the bathing suit, I never did leave for PA. However, I'm fully packed, including the suit -- except for knitting, laptop, and Xmas gifts. I figure I can add the last few bits tonight and be ready to take off extraordinarily early tomorrow....

Frank -- you know what year and make my stolen car was? Yep, 1994 Honda Civic. Like I said, my sincerest sympathies!
