I'm probably coming off a little strident, but I'm in a situation of a similar nature with the great gonzos here, for the gazillionth time, despite multiple entreaties that they get it right , and it is just pissing me off.

No, I haven't -- but that's how I was planning on approaching it, by doing all that work before I fly out.
