At the last minute, I'd be freaked to host too. But more because I'm not a hosting type. But to echo what brenda said, should you get stuck, they aren't a big deal (unless people involved get freaky. I've been lucky.If you aren't lucky, reserve whatever number of seats at a restaurant and let it fly from there.)

I need to figure out which Dr. is gonna be the main Dr. in all this. Probably it will be the U of Il Dr. I saw today. Also, I need to figure out something to occupy me when I'm sitting in the waiting room with my eyes dilated, as I can't read then. But hopefully, they won't need to dialate my good eye anymore....
eta: have recently discovered that it's 'dilated,' not 'dialated.'
