Handsome brooding vampire guy has to swoop in all sensitive mouth and overhanging forehead. How 'bout leaving some scraps for the homely-looking fellows who don't turn evil when they get some?

It tells me there are $451 flights to Roatan, but it won't tell me when.

ita, did you ever get this worked out? When we flew there a few years ago, you could purchase a ticket, but not reserve a seat to Roatan. You had to show up at the airport that day to get your reservation, or go to the airline's office, or pay someone. On our flight, there were more people than seats.

Ann, that's a ferret.

What do Australia and Wisconsin have in common?

Best chocolate pie I ever had was at a restaurant named K's, in Mauston, WI.

How does Australia do on chocolate pie?

oh joy! Oh Rapture ! I have a brain!

bizzare. I answered the phone on the third ring- it was a recorded message that started with " we're sorry we missed you" Umm.. I was there . The rest of it I listened too said something about comcast and telemarketing...

Best money...

that's hard. partly because I don't think of money as money once I've spent it..

Always Anti-fascist!

Either the money I spent to go to LA f2f or the money I spent to hear Sherman Alexie's Clinton story. I don't know...depends on value of best. Like "nicest" "coolest"? Because I felt good about myself helping ex-roommate get her dishes out of storage once, but that was not a *happening* right?

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

did you ever get this worked out?

No. I'm even engaged in a ranting exercise with their support staff who think it's reasonable to present me with a calendar of clickable dates that all lead to "Oh, not today...try another." When I just go ahead and plug the dates in I was thinking of, it tells me it's $800+. Flying to La Ceiba, OTOH, is $500. Do you remember if they have good boat service between the two?

Our wings are not tired.

I thought about my real estate purchases, but I can't think of those as spending but rather as investing.

not off hand but I could ask DH for you. He has been there and might remember. We flew from Tegucigalpa - Roatan - San Pedro, so I missed La Ceiba entirely.

I did find flights from Tegucigalpa to Roatan, and they're surprisingly expensive, but less than booking all at once. How silly.

I'd be really appreciative of your DH's input.

We're very stretchy. - Connie Neil

Paying a mover the last time I moved.

Hell yeah!! Expensive ($500 for my last move), but soooo worth it--just thinking about taking over 60 boxes down the two flights of stairs at my last apartment is making my back hurt.
