Now you can luxuriate in a nice jail cell, but if your hand touches metal, I swear by my pretty flowered bonnet, I will end you.

Oh, and ... I should probably register for Escapade, huh? And get a hotel room? I'm probably driving down with Laura, it looks like.

I should probably pay my registration for Escapade and get a hotel reservation, if I'm going...

You have to go, so I can buy you drinks and "encourage" you to quit your job. If this involves physically removing you from Michigan, well, it'll be a crime committed with your best interests in mind.

Perhaps we'll just arrange to lose your ticket for your flight home.

You always do this. We get tipsy, and you take advantage of my love of the scientific method.

I was gonna say, what is the freezing point of gasoline?

It's hard to say, because it's a mixture of so much stuff. Isooctane (after which octane ratings are named) freezes at -107°C. It wouldn't hang around though. A lot of it would sublime off into the vacuum every time it got hit with some sunlight, sorta like a comet.

Now, if they'd put a Mercury Comet up there, that would've been cool.

Remember that the frontier of the Rebellion is everywhere. And even the smallest act of insurrection pushes our lines forward.

It was my Voyager jumps the shark episode.

So it was episode 3 or 4 of Season one, then?

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

Oh, right, hotel. Registration and stuff.

Remind me that this year, I'm not volunteering to moderate anything. And I'm drinking more.

Laura's announced she's only going to the vid show; the rest of the time she's in the bar. I may do the same, except there's also a beach nearby, and I like beaches...

Almost, I think it was the S2 premiere.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

See, I'd think it would boil off first, because of the vacuum of space. Unless the aliens pre-chilled it. In any event, the temperature of an object in a vacuum (or near-vacuum) varies by a huge amount depending on how much sunlight the object receives. (An atmosphere tends to moderate the temperatures of objects within it.) IIRC, temperatures of objects on the moon can vary between -200F and +200F or more depending on how much sun is hititng it.

Always Anti-fascist!

(suddenly glad to watch shows where all they sell is drugs) Although Escalades do get kind of heavy play. Although Baltimore is calling in another media consultant to "fix" its "hopeless" image after Simon's been working on it.
