vanguard of the socialist Hollywood liberal homosexualist agenda

So Fate (or whatever you want to call it) is once again acting to bring them all together to get them to the island? Just with their roles switched around a little?

"We are the Goon Squad and we're coming to town...Beep! Beep!" - David Bowie, "Fashion"

"We're not going to Guam, are we?"

BWHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!

And I swear Jeff Fahey was channelling either Peter Graves or Lloyd Bridges when he said it.

I look more rad than Lutheranism

Because I missed the 2 eps prior to tonight's, we watched them online and ran over, missing the first half-hour of tonight's episode.

I assume Ma Farraday told them to get on a specific plane at a specific time and all be in first class? Did I miss anything else important.

It looks like the time-flashy thingie just nabbed every passenger out of first class, including the marshall escorting Sayid (that was a marshall, wasn't it? very Kate-flashbacky) and the random dude (who was probably not random at all) who told Jack he was sorry for his loss. And then left the rest of the plane/passengers/flight crew unscathed and still flying?

(Also, from 2 episodes ago: JIN!!!!! OMFGJIN!!!!!!! I am so so SO happy.)

I'm wondering if they're EVER going to explain the Christian Shepard thing.

(Also also, I noticed commericals for a new show that Captain Hammer is in. The Boy asked me, "So, you think it'll last longer than Dollhouse?" BURN!)

Well, the pilot might have pulled a disappearing act, too. Hope the co-pilot is competent. I suspect the marshall probably stayed on the plane (where it rains in Spain), since I don't think she was ever on the island.

Of course, this means the next several episodes will be showing us how everyone ELSE ended up on the plane in flashbacks. Whoa, and the snake just swallowed its tail!

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

"We're not going to Guam, are we?"

BWHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!

Right?! That was awesome.

I assume Ma Farraday told them to get on a specific plane at a specific time and all be in first class? Did I miss anything else important.

She didn't mention first class, but, yes, she told them what flight to be on. That flight would be passing over when and where the Island was going to be at that time.

Of course, this means the next several episodes will be showing us how everyone ELSE ended up on the plane in flashbacks.

I am very curious! For instance, what the fuck happened to Kate?

I'm taking bets that Claire came back and claimed Aaron.

That seems like a strong possibility, given her reaction. Either that or she fucking killed the kid.

Question: didn't we already know Locke killed himself? The obituary for Jeremy Bentham we saw in the S3 finale specifically said he was found hanged.

You mean the obit that you could only read if you froze and blew up a frame?

"And to be clear, I am the hell. And the high water."

Ok now that I've had some sleep - this was my least favorite episode this season, but I've generally liked the eps that've come before, so I'm okay.

I think it is absolutely crazy that they all went back to the island. But furthermore, that they way the got back was to be on a plane, that they knew would crash and they would risk death (a pretty substantial risk).

WTF? I just cannot get over that they would do it. I can see Jack doing it because he has been borderline suicidal for years.

Second, Kate tells Jack, the uncle of Aaron, that she does not want to talk about where his nephew is. Ever. Um.... How does that fly?

I always figured they'd all go back to the island, but I was really surprised it happened this early this season. I'd guessed that would be this season's finale or something.

"And to be clear, I am the hell. And the high water."

When people started dying and getting bloody noses, I had a feeling it would be sooner as opposed to later.

Which means: there are a lot more island adventures and that there might be 1-2 episodes of epilogue.

I thought the promo showed the marshall on the island, as well as Extra Random Guy who spoke to Jack in the ticket line.
