Gunn: The final score can't be rigged. I don't care how many players you grease, that last shot always comes up a question mark. But here's the thing. You never know when you're taking it. It could be when you're duking it out with the Legion of Doom, or just crossing the street deciding where to have brunch. So you just treat it like it was up to you—the world in balance—'cause you never know when it is.

vanguard of the socialist Hollywood liberal homosexualist agenda

Sail, then clearly you need to go to the island, and if you can get off again, report to us all what's going on.

Can you bring me back a prezzie? I like something in a "ripped abs and no shirt." I'm not picky.

I look more rad than Lutheranism

Was no one mildly bemused by the fact that the girl Alex(andra), supposedly the stolen daughter of Danielle, called I'm-gonna-keel-you-Sawyer-guy "Daddy"?

i'm pretty sure she called him Danny

Yup. (I had closed-captioning on.)

what i'm wondering is why Ben asked about her? what is she to him?

Alex asked about Ben, too. Something like "Where did you take him? Where's Ben?"

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

Weird, I heard "Daddy" too.

Our satellite pixellated during the shirtless Nathan in bed, I was very upset. I'm just trying to figure out why in the hell why they want to kill Sawyer so badly? I really wish they'd give us some insight into the Other's motivations/reasons/something! Otherwise, I just.don't.care. what happens to them.

I am loving Pissed-Off-Not-Gonna-Take-It Jack!

I'm curious about Alex and why they let her run loose on the island (like her mom) and why Ben was concerned where she was.

all I could think of was the probable size of the audience of leering Others just on the other size of the bars.

Or in Ben's little observation booth. Between that and the fish biscuit/ no shower... ewww...the Sawyer/Kate was less interesting for me this time because that's all I could think about. The only question answered tonight was "where did all the medical equipment from the Staff go after Claire escaped?"

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

I'm just trying to figure out why in the hell why they want to kill Sawyer so badly?

Yeah, I'm really confused because Pickett is all, "This is for Colleen!" When...Sawyer had absolutely nothing to do with Colleen's death, as far as I remember.

We're very stretchy. - Connie Neil

My problem with Kate/Sawyer or even Kate/Jack is that I find all three of them more interesting when they are not involved with each other. All this maneuvering by the writers to throw them into a romantic triangle makes me think that they didn't care who ended up with Kate, as long as it was one of these two guys. (Personally, I'd find it more interesting to see Jack/Sawyer!) I liked Sawyer as the island hoarder, pissing off the other lostees. I like Jack as the isolated prisoner, dealing with his captors on his own. I liked Kate as the woman with the deep dark past trying to convince everyone she's just another woman.

Couples can work on this show--Sun and Jin, Rose and her husband, Charlie and Claire (actually, Charlie is only interesting in his relationships with others on the island--Claire, Eko, Locke, Hurley), even Sayid and Rousseau. Just not this forced triangle.

Days shrink and grow cold, sunlight through leaves is my song. Winter is long.

Well, Danny is looking to kill *somebody* in vengence for Colleen, and since Sawyer got the jump on him at the rockpile and gave him a beat-down, he's elected Sawyer as the vengence shootee. I think. Otherwise, I got nothin'.

I buy "Danny" instead of "Daddy." I just didn't remember his name was Danny.

I am the fly who dreams of the spider

Just read this over on the FF OB for Freckles:

"Katonica"

hah!

But, a little unfair, since she has more expressions than JamSaw and his one Glare For Every Occasion.

when i die, please bake my ashes into a brick and use me to hit fascists.

Did we know that Kate blew up her dad? She mentions to "Kevin" (maybe that's not *his* real name, either! I was actually hoping it'd end up being a sting--would have been much more interesting) that's why she's a fugitive.

And her dad's Clancy Brown, right? If only I cared more about this show, maybe I would remember these things.

Aww, Nathan, you really need to stop kissin' 'em on the mouth. Well, except for me. Me you can kiss on the mouth. I promise not to drug you.

Danger is my middle name, only I spell it R. u. t. h. - Tina Belcher.

Una, yes, we knew Kate blew up her father. And Clancy Brown was the guy who turned Sayid into a good torturer and then later wound up on the island in the hatch pressing the button. He's the one who took Desmond in when he crashed into the island.
