When did Kate become such a whiny crybaby? What happened to the badass who engaged in staredowns with a gun in her hand and a cold gleam in her eye?

Oh, yeah, I forgot--it was back in Season 1, after she got her little airplane back. I'm tired of Kate-sel in Borrowedistress. Especially since both Sawyer and Jack cry better than she does.

It's pretty sad when Wednesday at 8:00 feels more like a dentist's appointment that you have to fulfill than something to look forward to. I'm glad it's going on hiatus until February.

big Word.

also, I laughed so hard for the promo for the rest of the season

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

My local station just ran a crawler along the bottom of the screen saying that the Virginia Senate race is going to go to Webb!!!!!

EASILY the highlight of the episode, nekkid Sawyer nonwithstanding. (Because, seriously...all I could think during that scene was how long it had been since they'd showered or eaten anything other than a fish biscuit. Ew.)

I am liking Crazy!Jack, though. Far more entertaining than Sanctimonious!Jack.

Kiss me, my girl, before I'm sick.

I thought this was to be the episode that would. CHANGE. EVERYTHING?

t insert a giant eyeroll

I didn't catch the first half of the episode because my TiVo was acting up, but eh. I figure I didn't miss much. At least I got to see a little bit of Nathan Fillion, which was good enough for me.

As for The Others, I'm paralyzed by not caring too much. Well, I was thinking about deleting it from the season pass anyway.

I'm definitely a bigger fan of Jack this season than in the past. Kate and Sawyer? Big "eh." I want Locke to get back on his communing with the island, and they can lose the two new promoted extras unless they do something interesting with them next year.

Art Crawl!!!

Jack was fun.

Also, did I see Mitch Pileggi in that first promo for Daybreak? And I thought I caught a glimpse of Adam Baldwin too.

No, no, last week's ep changed everything. You could tell by the way everything was so different. With the...changes. And all.

Do you think that Monica killed Kevin? Is she a Black Widow? (Or are they leaving the door open for other guest appearances by NF?)

Despite the nekkid Sawyer, all I could think of was the probable size of the audience of leering Others just on the other size of the bars.

no, she didn't kill him. she just didn't want him to be implicated when she went back on the run.
