Good question, who is Clementine Philips? Is that the woman who came to see him in jail?
Lost 2: Tied to a Tree in a Jungle of Mystery

That's the daughter.
Thanks, sumi. My daughter called in the middle of the show, so I missed some stuff.
Right, and they do it for no reason. At least, from the viewers' viewpoint, there's no reason. We haven't been any explanation -- not even a hint. Not even a glimmer of a hint. And that's (1) annoying, and (b) bad storytelling.
Yeah I'm really sad it's gone from "OMGWTF polar bear?!?" to "OMGWTF is the point of it all?!?"
I'm really hating this whole "we're not bad cuz we don't kill" schtick from the Others.
Except of course that they have killed. Ethan sure did.

which makes their hypocrisy that much worse. The lostaways have killed in self-defense, out of fear for their lives. The Others decieve and lie, kidnap, murder to maintain their deception, and then pull the "we're not killers" crap.
Unless we're to believe that Ben didn't preapprove Ethan's actions as a necessary step to ensure his getaway, or Mr. Peace Corp's murder to maintain his cover.
Which, no.
So, does Desmond have precognition -- or is he visiting from the future.
A visitor from the future who knows specific yet trivial things like that there's going to be a storm and lightning is going to strike right near Claire's lean-to? I think there's some precog going on.

I totally called that Sawyer was working for the Warden from the first scene in the sewing area. In some things, this show is completely baffling, but in others it's terribly predictable.
So I guess I'm half-crazy for thinking the x-ray of a man with a tumor was the x-ray of Locke. I didn't even think that Jack was there to do surgery on one of Them.
I'm guessing Desmond being so close to the blast when he turned the key instilled him with POWERS!
Don't turn the key and free yourself of having to push a button for the rest of your life, or else you and everyone else will SURVIVE an explosion that destroyed a super duper bunker and get POWERS!
And also forget what the heck happened.
I figured the X-ray was of Sawyer's spine, since they had just had him in for elective surgery.
(Also, the "pacemaker" -- give me a fucking break.)
