Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Mothers, fathers, does this sound wack?

Thanks for the jewelry compliment, Nilly.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

Perkins, do you feel better today?

Somewhat. I am beginning to wonder if I need to go back to an allergy doctor though.

How are you?

information libertarian

The diaper-free baby stuff could work, if one had the kind of lifestyle where you had time to carry a kid around 24/7 and pay attention to everything it did, and the patience to do a lot of laundry and housecleaning. IOW, for me, totally wack. I can't find the time to potty-train my 2 year old at the moment.

Art Crawl!!!

I missed Amych's birthday!!!

I hope it was a good one.

I watched the Mile High Marathon. . . and then stayed up really late to watch the new episode.

I agree that Lehann and Jason and Marco and Janis are the best ships. The guy who plays Marco looks very very familiar and I'm not sure why.

I am very tired this morning. Also it is MUCH TOO COLD - I could barely force myself to get out of my giant cocoon of blankets.

How are you?

Not refrigerator-less anymore! And soon, hopefully, not stove-less anymore. We're already making plans of what will be the first meal we'll cook/bake.

I don't WANT to go to my department meeting and talk about the past year. I HATE that sort of thing. Bleah.

I also don't want to deal with 4-6" of snow by tomorrow morning. They keep incrementing it up. I hate them.

Next time I have to go clothes shopping, will you do it for me, Allyson?

One day, monday morning will find me cheerful. This is not that monday.

sara, I hope your day only improves, and that it does it quickly and swiftly.

Night, Perkins! Sort of.

Our wings are not tired.

Pretty girls all in that picture link.

I can accept the notion of diaper free babies, but it probably wouldn't have gone over well in the office.

Now let us crush something soft and watch it fountain blood. That is a girlish thing to want to do, yes?

I hope it was a good one.

It was lovely, and thanks everyone for the wishes! In the spirit of Nilly's friend who celebrates the whole period between her civil and Hebrew calendar birthdays, I managed to spread the whole thing out over several days -- yummy dinner on Friday, coworker's birthday party at her absolutely wonderful designed-it-herself house on Saturday, slounging and yummy lunch and basketball-watching on Sunday.

Loot included this: [link] and this: [link] and this: [link]

TiVo cut off the last 15 seconds of the basketball game, and exciting stuff happened.
