Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Good morning, people.

Happy birthday, amych!

Disturbing link of the morning: Five year old mother (contains a picture of a naked and pregnant five year old). The human body is messed up, man. As are humans.

Well, the question is NOT exactly the same, so it would require going back and reshaping. And frankly, that seems more of a pain in the butt than just plowing ahead on a different topic. In some ways, writing something NEW would be, at least, more interesting in the short term and possibly filled with more learning.

Ugh. I don't want to learn right now. I want to breakfast and shop and decorate our christmas tree.

From ita's link (WHY DO I FOLLOW THEM?!"

an obstetrician who took an interest in Lina Medina's case and authored a book about her in 2002 said that Lina was a psychologically normal child, that she displayed no other unusual medical symptoms, and that she preferred playing with dolls rather than her own child.

This is just so... sad and interesting. It seems to make perfect sense that a 5 year old would rather play with dolls than her own child becuase dolls can be forced to do things, where, one thinks, Lina wasn't able to do as she pleased to the baby she bore.

And sometimes easier than re-shaping something that already exists in order to fit into something else. At least to me.

yep. Which means I know what I should do, even if it is painful. As my tag notes, it's not hard, especially. Just painful right now cause it is so not what I want to do.

I think I'll shower since I do my best thinking in there. Then I'll go have breakfast and go shopping then come back and finish.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

Good luck with all the papers, Kat.

I can't believe I slept as long as I did. Yay for colds.

All work should have some fun stuff in between the "I don't want to do this" parts.

Yay for colds.

There's a sentence I never thought I'd see. Feel better, Perkins.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

More snow pics from my walk to get breakfast.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Holy crap, that story was messed up. Interesting that it was so long ago, though, given all the stuff about girls maturing early now.

I need to be writing my part of a group paper for a meeting I have today at 5, but I may not actually go to the meeting, as I Don't Feel Well. Good thing I randomly bought ginger ale at the grocery store last night. Maybe it was a premonition!

Instead of working, so far I am importing my Christmas music into iTunes, in preparation for possibly making a gift mix.
