Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Tonight I may exercise to assess how broken I am before I see the acupuncturist. He's been expecting me to still be doing krav and so I can give him feedback. Except me no krav.

Then I'll be seeing the acupuncturist, and then doing absolutely nothing until I teach on Sunday, and then dining with Aimée. And bringing her the shoes.

I got the MRI results -- mild degenerative disc disease, completely unrelated to the headaches. So--not dying of anything dramatic, but no fucking headway made on the fainting or pain. I was hoping for something so a) they can fix me and b) I don't have to do the awake/asleep EEG next week.

Uh huh.

Hey, considering how many of my friends I unwittingly made unwell, I simply need to clear myself in the cases patently not my fault. So I can still have friends, you know?

Ann, that's a ferret.

mild degenerative disc disease,

Is this going to mess with your krav in the long run?

"This bar smells like kerosene and stripper tears."

1st, Kat, I suck. I was wrong, Mr. H does not have that song. I thought he had every Beatles and Beatle-member song ever, but that one apparently got away.

2nd- I made a coworker cry today...but in a good way. She's having a rough week, so we decided flowers, a candle by the brand she's always praising when I have it burning on my desk, and a card. I got her Gerbera daisies and some white bell shaped flowers, the candle in Vietnamese Ylang Ylang with French Lavendar, and a card that says "Any day that starts out with getting up can't turn out well."

3rd- Tonight I will drop by the bar for a minute, then to the house (which will be clean thanks to Juana!) to walk the dogs then up to Rock Star Karaoke with some girls. Tomorrow I work, and then I'm going to get the car washed and cleaned and decide on what goes in the package for my sister.

I have tickets to see Al Franken, but I'm not sure when that is.

In the long run, maybe. In the short run, I'ma build up my neck muscles.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Dag, ita. I mean, good for not dying or anything, but still.

I really need to get off my ass. I am currently in the lame state of wanting to see people, but not really wanting to go out. And my email is keeping things from me, so I don't even know what's going on. Bleh.

That's the pain / That cuts a straight line down through the heart / We call it love

This weekend? Homework, homework, class, studying, meeting up with people to study, and then more studying.

ita -- good lord, when are you going to get some good news??

Laura - Dec 02, 2005 11:54:28 am PST #8714 of 10006
Our wings are not tired.

Yay for nothing urgently wrong, but a solution would be nice.

What are people doing this weekend?

Tonight Italian with friends. Tomorrow soccer game. I hope to buy a Christmas tree and decorate the house this weekend. I know there is something else urgent on my list, but I can't remember what it was.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

ita - I'm glad it's nothing terrible.

Did they test for Cylon chip implants?

"You can't put a price on the joy of not giving a shit." -Zenkitty

shrift, I'll have recs done too, so we can try and hook up on that this weekend.

Cool. Right now I plan to be online Saturday afternoon/evening, and I got nothing going on Sunday. You probably won't want me attempting to write code when I get home tonight from the par-tay.
