You're wrong about River. River's not on the ship. They didn't want her here, but she couldn't make herself leave. So she melted... Melted away. They didn't know she could do that, but she did.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Oops. I thought they were for me.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

Also? really thirsty and extremely bothered by being too warm.

Ugh, yes. I had all my windows open last night and even had to turn the AC on.

I'm home from work today, though maybe I'll go in later.

"You can't put a price on the joy of not giving a shit." -Zenkitty

Huh. I just got another phone call from someone offering to help me out because another client is screaming about something I haven't responded to yet, because I haven't had time to look at it.

Dunno if it's a good thing that people are recognizing I'm being bombarded like London, or if it's going to lead up to a "chat" with a boss.

Art Crawl!!!

Reading the Grey's Anatomy blog -- I think it's funny that Shonda Rhimes calls the Meredeth/Derek pairing Mer/Der -- what was it that other people were calling it?

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I'm glad I'm not actually sick (AND WON'T BE), but as soon as I got to work, two different people basically told me I look like shit. Thanks!

That's the pain / That cuts a straight line down through the heart / We call it love

Hi everyone. I'm excited because today we get to start listening to Christmas music! Also, the weather is actually kind of cold and not muggy and in the 60s like it's been for the past two days, so that makes me happy.

Question: I'm filling out YET ANOTHER financial aid form, this one for the loan that I've already been notified I'm getting, and they ask for two references with two different addresses. So I'm putting my dad for one, but I can't put my mom for the other because of the whole living-together thing, so I'm not sure who else to put down. Should it be someone who would actually have a clue about my fiscal responsibility, like my landlord or something? I mean, I could just put down a friend's address, but I'm not sure if that's the best idea.

Me too! You should not sweat in December when wearing a light jacket outside.

And I think putting a friend down is fine. I've been using friends for references on that stuff for a while now, and I don't think any of them have ever been contacted.
