I'm actually cleaning! Though I'm off in half an hour to meet a friend for drinks. Then my sister will join us and we will either hit the road to Milwaukee or (much more likely) stay and drink and drink and then hit the road in the morning. My sister is in the first week of her first big mall retail job, and my other friend and I have both had much craziness, so chilling at the local will be just right.
Never had ginger wine, though I'm kind of intrigued. I had ginger brandy once, but that was a shot. And also a mean, nasty trick from someone who claimed to be a friend.

Don't I wish. But nooooo, some of us are still stuck at the office on our last day of the job.
Boo hiss to Jilli's soon to be no longer job.
So, I am importing CDs into my iTunes and all of a sudden I put in one and iTunes didn't give me the import option. hunh? anyone have an idea why?

I was bathing a squirmy little boy. I still haven't packed yet. That will wait until Owen's asleep. DH crashed earlier than usual tonight.
That's very pretty, msbelle. And I'm not a jewelry person.
msbelle, some record companies are deliberately manufacturing CDs such that they can't be ripped into iTunes. Which is at least more straightforward than putting viruses on them that will hurt your computer....
Here is what I have learned so far from the Ellen shows:
Jake Gyllenhoweveryou spell it - adorable
Josh Dummell - still adorable
Carson Daly - tool
Paul McCartney - cutiedhead droopy
eta: Theo - these aren't new CDs.
