For me, draining the slime that results from thawed frozen spinach is a more onerous task than chopping a few ounces of dry leaves.
I just dump the frozen block in a strainer and leave it to drain.
Well, it's just good to know that when the chips are down and things look grim you'll feed off the girl who loves you to save your own ass!
