You're already at a computer. You're upright and everything! The rest is easy. I couldn't get out of bed for two hours after I woke up. I finally convinced myself to come in by deciding that I could leave early on Friday. So you can do that, too.
As Arthur Dent once said: "It must be a Thursday. I never could get the hang of thursdays."
This is why I take Fridays off whenever I can and turn my Thursdays into Fridays. Easy peasy.
