Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

But you won't be poked! Consider it a dentist visit that you win.

If only outting incompetent co-workers were always this easy.

I didn't have a migraine yesterday! That makes three days in four weeks with no migraine. It's depressingly exciting. I did have a can't-drive-to-work headache, but--no migraine. Crossing my fingers for consecutive days now. A girl's gotta have a dream.

That is true. Also, insurance pays 80%.

I didn't have a migraine yesterday!

Yay. Here's to hoping for another free day.

Yay ita!

Does your dentist usually poke you?

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

What Perkins said.

Although I feel bad that I'm apparently more gronky than she is, and I'm three hours later....

Well, I'm either there for a cleaning or a filling, and those both involve sharp things and my gums.

What do you do at your dentist?

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

Psst, Jesse, don't tell anyone, but I may go back to sleep, so my gronk is only on hold.

I don't usually get poked during cleanings. Could explain my horrible teeth though.

They don't clean your plaque and get down under the edges of your gums?

Usually not in ways that make me think Hurt Pokey Things. Maybe my gums are less sensitive?

My gronk is arriving. May be time to go back to bed. I still have almost 2 hours before I have to be awake.

I hate cleanings more than I hate fillings. Sliding in between my my teeth and gums, shifting my teeth just so slightly in a way that takes a day before I get my bite back...fillings are done with so much more quickly, even considering the local.
