The random caps are driving me nuts, but I can't figure out what standard to conform to.

I vote for normal sentence capitalisation. What is with people and capitals? It's not even like they're Pooh casing.

When you capitalize Very Important Things. Or Things that are Important To You. Clovis is very fond of Pooh Case. I'm trying to not over-use it.
