Remember that the frontier of the Rebellion is everywhere. And even the smallest act of insurrection pushes our lines forward.

Sorta' like The Warriors.

Sorta????

It's slow, too.

I thought it was just that the ads on the pages keep getting 'heavier'.

Oh, and they did change something - the spellchecker has a different interface.

I'm glad to know it's not personal!

Well, everything is my fault, you know.

hip deep in pie

They're like giraffes that way.

There's an analogy that I'm not getting.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

The dandies will totally win. They're like giraffes that way.

Plus, you know, all that pent up rage at not being fashionable for a century.

Sue, I think it's from the discussion that started in Kat "Natter 40: The Nice One" Nov 13, 2005 8:58:15 pm PST:

Who'd win in a fight? Giraffe or hyena?

[Edit: did I mention lately how much I love the "Search" function?]

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

Now I'm picturing a streetfight between gangs of dandies and metrosexuals. Sorta' like The Warriors.

Husband made me watch that the other day. That's a strange movie.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Well, everything is my fault, you know.

I know you like to say that, but I still don't believe it. So there.

Where do hair-metal bands fit in, in the dandy-->metrosexual continuum?

msbelle - Nov 15, 2005 6:36:15 am PST #4228 of 10006
I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

come out and play-ey-ay.

Ann, that's a ferret.

Where do hair-metal bands fit in, in the dandy-->metrosexual continuum?

If they shower regularly and cook occasionally, metrosexual. Otherwise, dandy.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I dunno - I wouldn't rate the hair bands as a group. The New Romantics, otoh were straight dandy. So to speak.
