You got fired, and you still hang around here like a big loser. Why can't he?

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Yo. I did not have any annoying experiences at work today, but that is because I did not go to work today. I did run into the boss who fired me at a luncheon, which was ... interesting. And now I have to do homework for tomorrow, but at least I couldn't have really done it over the weekend, due to having lent out the reading to a friend.

And that's what's new with me.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I didn't go to stretch class. It wasn't easy to not go, but I did it.

And I have ginger ale.

I didn't crash today until about 4. But I can't uncrash. Long hot soak with epsom salts and body oil, still crashed. Wrapped up in oversized terrycloth robe, still crashed.

That's got to be annoying, but your body needs time to heal itself.

Homework done, more or less. Right on.

"In the equation E = mc⬧, c⬧ is a pretty big honking number." - Scola

Hmm. I took a little break to do other homework and check some Web sites... an hour ago. Grr. Back to the grindstone.

I made myself a salad with dinner, with lettuce and everything.

I even ate it, too.

My body would be better served by letting me sleep.

I had dinner. Some tuna rolls. Luckily the anti-nausea meds work after the meal as well as before. The good thing is, though, I'm getting a little hungry at mealtimes. That's definitely new.

Says you.

My poor friend who has pancreatitis or gallstones or who knows what was apparently able to eat a piece of toast today, after like a week, so she went to class tonight. Dude! One piece of toast?!?!? That is not well enough to go to class!!

I've had long hours to think up a healing effect of insomnia, but I'm coming up dry.

That is not well enough to go to class!!

Her alternative was probably insanity. It's well enough.
