Off-topic discussion. Wanna talk about corsets, duct tape, or physics? This is the place. Detailed discussion of any current-season TV must be whitefonted.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Did you see the Times article Sunday about career switchers? They kind of mentioned my program. Oh, and I know a guy who did some one-year (I think?) business program in France, but it was after an MBA, so I don't know if that was a pre-req or what.

Also, I have somehow accidentally put together several hours of tv designed to freak me out and make me unable to focus on anything because I'll never get married. It's actually embarassing what shows can do this.

I was just about to comment on that disturb-a-rama myself.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

It's actually embarassing what shows can do this.

Okay, so share with the invisible people.

I just pointed out to a co-worker he'd gotten something wrong in a spreadsheet he'd sent out to our whole group, and that he should check the whole thing again. His solution was to "pass the baton" to me to keep the sheet updated. How unfair!

It's five thousand for kissing, ten thousand for snuggling... End of list.

I can't believe you guys find me disturbing. I am harmless!

I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

1) the whole world is my hat.

2) We have a new guy in our office named Rick and I feel compelled to use the "Rick Rick Rick Rick" Amy Poehler voice from SNL. so not professional.

I would love a history degree with an eye to teaching college. Failing that, archaeology or art conservation. Something where I could be smart and not have to sit in an office all day.

Go archaeology! Choose archaeology! It's science and history and anthropology all rolled up in a big muddy ball!

"I remember when they eventually introduced that drug kingpin who murdered people and smuggled drugs inside snakes and I was like 'Finally. A normal person.'” —RahvinDragand

Plus, you get to gun down scimtar-juggling goons and get drunk under the table by Karen Allen!

The artist formerly associated with cupcakes.

I would love to go back to school and learn fashion design & clothing construction. Try to look surprised at this.

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

Hey, peeps! I am back from a week in Mom-land, where every single meal was shared with a different person I am related to (Mom, Uncle, Cousin, Other Cousin, Brother, Other Brother and kids, Much Older Second Cousin, etc.). I have done all my relative-ly duties for the entire year in one exhausting tour. Go me! I had to get up at 4 to make the plane and also got my period at the same time, so you can imagine how happy, chipper and alert I am right now! Woo hoo.
