You always think harder is better. Maybe next time I patrol, I should carry bricks and use a stake made out of butter.

Horrifyingly so. The mind boggles. And recoils.

All sorrows can be borne if you put them into a story. Tell me a story.

For those following along, I'm thinking the Batman Beyond style memory cloth could take the place of the safety harness. Much more stylish that way.

ION. Interesting day at the high school. There were even police.

Is it just me, or is it insane to expect one person to supervise 30+ students for six hours when 1/2 the kids are special needs students and power tools, heights and other potentially dangerous stuff is involved?

For ita? I think that works.

It sounds like you have some tales to tell, Aurelia. Spill.

I choose insane.

Not much of a tale, really. One kid was an anger ball all day. Eventually he flipped out and stormed out of the building. I saw him go, so the TD (the only official supervisor there) followed and found him sitting a ways away fuming. The thing is, he had taken a mat knife from the shop so security (and eventually the police) had to be summoned.

I'm glad (for you at least) that there wasn't much of a story, Aurelia.

Angel food cake is hard, Plei. You have my sympathies.
