Wow, you've really mastered the power of positive giving-up.

"In the equation E = mc⬧, c⬧ is a pretty big honking number." - Scola

Is it just me, or is it insane to expect one person to supervise 30+ students for six hours when 1/2 the kids are special needs students and power tools, heights and other potentially dangerous stuff is involved?

I choose insane.

All sorrows can be borne if you put them into a story. Tell me a story.

Not much of a tale, really. One kid was an anger ball all day. Eventually he flipped out and stormed out of the building. I saw him go, so the TD (the only official supervisor there) followed and found him sitting a ways away fuming. The thing is, he had taken a mat knife from the shop so security (and eventually the police) had to be summoned.

I'm attempting angel food cake! Now I understand why mother just uses a mix!

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

I'm glad (for you at least) that there wasn't much of a story, Aurelia.

Angel food cake is hard, Plei. You have my sympathies.

I wonder what the noise in his head is that Donald Trump is always trying to talk over.

I choose insane.

It makes me nervous.

I'm getting to the end of S3 of Alias. How much do I love Sark and Vaughn's wife? It's so sick and twisted and Yay.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

anger ball
I just watched Playing By Heart today...

I'm glad there wasn't much more of a story.

I love angel food but I can't see me ever getting past a mix. I did make pot roast today. Well, it seems like pot roast, though I never had it growing up but it is yummy.

I love that movie. And I so rarely find the right occasion to use that phrase.

Lauren. In the red wig. With the Sark and the sex and the GAH! Still the most absolute yum.

Mmm. Lauren.

Oh my, yes. It's worth sitting through the rest of the season.

Also sick and twisted, but a little less yay-- Sloan and the psych chick.
